HighLevel has now made it easier than ever to transfer your account from another agency over to Event Hawk. Send these instructions over to your existing HighLevel carrier and ask them to delete any pertinent information such as workflows before transferring the subaccount.
Step-1: Go to Agency Level > Sub-Accounts. Go to Manage Client for the sub-account that needs to be transferred.
- Step-2: Select Actions > Transfer Sub-account
- Step-3: Enter the Event Hawk Relationship Number( 0-003-186 ) to transfer the sub-account to.
- Step-4: A request will be sent to the Event Hawk upon confirming the action. The sub-account will be transferred as soon as the request is approved.
