  1. Create a Google Voice account. You can use a Google account and just click sign in if you would like.
    • If you are creating a new, FREE, account to Google Voice then it will have you set up a new phone number for you to use for your business.  But do not perry this number is just for you to use and your customers will NOT see it. 
  2. Go  to settings, and once you are in settings scroll down to “Linked numbers” 
  3. Once in Linked Numbers you will want to add a number or numbers, it will have you text to verify,
    • You can add multiple phone numbers here so multiple phones ring. 
    • Now your number is linked BUt you are NOT done yet, you want to make sure the cal forwarding is on! 
  4. Still in settings, go to “Calls” and turn ON call forwarding to the number(s) you want to ring,
    • You can turn this on and off at anytime you would like. So just incase you go on vacation you can still have the number linked just call forwarding off. 
  5. NOW take your business phone number and call forward it to the Google Voice number.
    • This way when someone calls your business phone then the google phone will ring to all the numbers its call forwarded to
    • IF YOUR BUSINESS PHONE IS YOUR CELL PHONE, then the steps will look a little different, because in that case you will NEED another separate phone number that is NOT your cell phone, this way you can have your cell phone and others ring! We recommend Event Hawk!  Or Inflatable Office Phone. 
  6. You are good to go! All the phones should ring.
