Steps

  1. Login to your Event Hawk account from a computer (https://app.EventHawk360.com)
  2. From there, on the left-hand side click on the β€œcontacts” tab.
    • After this click on the white box to select all the contacts on that page
    • from there click the “Select all contacts” button to make sure you have selected all the contacts in Event Hawk.Β 
  3. From here, you just have to click export contacts and the contacts will download to your computer as a CSV file.
  4. NEXT, to Import new contacts, in the same place in contacts, you will click the little “upload contacts” button
  5. Next you will select the CSV file you wish to upload to Event Hawk
  6. From there you will go through the mapping section where you pick and choose what to import from your contacts and what not to.
  7. Once you are on the last step of the importing it will have you pick what you want to do with all the imported contacts
  8. You can select to create new contacts with the new conatcs, you can add tags, or you can add them to workflows!
  9. Click the β€œimport” button and you are all set!Β
