Steps
- Login to your Event Hawk account from a computer (https://app.EventHawk360.com)
- From there, on the left-hand side click on the “conversations” tab.
- After this go to the “Templates (Snippets)” on the top of the new page.
- From here, you can make a new template OR EDIT an existing template.
- To edit an existing template hover your mouse on THE template you wish to edit,
- Click the purple pencil edit button located right next to the little trash can button.

- From there you will be directed to the actual template and what it looks like.
- To begin editing, all you have to do is highlight the text you no longer want and start typing over it! You will see what the text will look like in the preview section to the right!
- If you would like you can TEST the text by sending a test text to your number!
- Click the “save” button and you are all set!
