Steps
- Login to your Event Hawk account from a computer (https://app.EventHawk360.com)
- From there, on the left-hand side click on the “automations” tab.
- From here, you can actually do a lot of things.
- You can Add/edit any of the existing automations that are currently set up.
- To do this, go to “campaigns” on the top and then click on any of the campaigns you would like to edit!
- You can also add a new campaign by clicking the “create campaign” button in the upper right hand corner and adding a brand new automation that will automatically text your customers every time “____-” happens.
- You can Add/edit any of the existing automations that are currently set up.
- After this step it will ask you to name the campaign. And assign it to a group.
- From there you will be directed to the actual template of the automation and what it looks like.
- To begin editing, click the “add event” button and form there it will bring up a screen to pick what you would like the event to be, a text, call, email, etc.
- If you are creating a text campaign then you click ther “SMS” button and then start typing your message.
- If you would like you can TEST the text by sending a test text to your number!
- Click the “save” button and you are back to the campaign!
- From there you can “configure” the campaign.
- You can add users to the campaign
- You can add “other campaigns” to your current campaign
- You can add tags
- And you can either stop on response or have the automation go on everytime they respond.
