Steps

1. Login to your Event Hawk account from a computer (https://app.EventHawk360.com)
2. From there, on the left-hand side click on the “automations” tab.
3. From here, you can actually do a lot of things.
   • You can Add/edit any of the existing automations that are currently set up.
     1. To do this, go to “campaigns”  on the top and then click on any of the campaigns you would like to edit! 
   • You can also add a new campaign by clicking the “create campaign”  button in the upper right hand corner and adding a brand new automation that will automatically text your customers every time “____-” happens. 
4. After this step it will ask you to name the campaign. And assign it to a group. 
5. From there you will be directed to the actual template of the automation  and what it looks like.
   • To begin editing, click the “add event” button and form there it will bring up a screen to pick what you would like the event to be, a text, call, email, etc. 
   • If you are creating a text campaign then you click ther “SMS” button and then start typing your message.
     1. If you would like you can TEST the text by sending a test text to your number! 
6. Click the “save” button and you are back to the campaign!
7. From there you can “configure” the campaign.
   • You can add users to the campaign 
   • You can add “other campaigns” to your current campaign 
   • You can add tags 
   •  And you can either stop on response or have the automation go on everytime they respond.
