Congrats on your new review page!
There are 3 things you need to do finalize the page and get it fully operational:
- Turn on email notifications so that you get an email when they submit the complaint form
- If you’re using Event Hawk you need to insert the new page url into the review request text message by going to MARKETING>CAMPAIGNS>#99 REVIEW REQUEST
- If you want to use this page in the auto email that goes out from your booking software then you need to login and change the old link to your new link. Here’s how you do that for ERS: https://youtu.be/3fkpT_Lrt-0
