Step 1. Timezone Setup

It’s very important to make sure that the account has the correct timezone setup. Otherwise the automated texts can go out after hours (like 3am if it’s an international account).

From the left sidebar:

  1. Click SETTINGS
  2. Click COMPANY at the top
  3. On the right side, set the timezone to match the correct timezone listed in the city and country fields. Timezones always default to CST.
